The owners purchased this mid-century modern that needed lots of deferred maintenance and their goal was to retrofit and update while respecting the original architecture. Fiske Builders gutted and seismically upgraded the structure, adding new windows and doors, insulation, in-floor radiant heating, lighting and finishes.
